*Hook peening cleaning machine is a new kind of special equipment designed and made according to user's request. It is suitable for cleaning large castings and structural parts. Through blasting cleaning, not only can the surface of the workpiece be removed from sticky sand, rust, oxide, dirt and so on, so that the surface of the workpiece can present the original metal color, eliminate the internal stress of the workpiece, improve the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, and increase the adhesion of the paint film when the work piece is sprayed. And finally achieve the goal of improving the surface and internal quality of the workpiece.
Product characteristics:
1.The layout of shot chamber and shot blasting device is determined by computer three-dimensional dynamic ejection simulation.
2.The separation device adopts the most advanced full curtain flow screen drum sieving pellet separator in the world, which can significantly improve the separation effect.
Pneumatic gate, good sealing, flexible switch.
3.Hooks have automatic lifting, walking and rotation functions. The gravity precipitator (hl24) is selected as the second stage filter system in the dedusting system. Emission concentration ≤ 80 mg/m3.

Application:
