Product quality assurance measures:1. All steel plates and profiles required by the products shall be purchased from famous manufacturers.
2. All steel plates, profiles or components of the equipment shall be derusted and sprayed with maintenance primer.
3. As far as possible, all the supporting standard parts are purchased from famous manufacturers, such as bearings, motors, reducers, etc.
4. Frequency converter, imported from Japan, other electrical components are domestic delixi or Qingdao XINSA products.
5. In-plant load test of key parts, shot blasting device, and in-plant idle operation test of various motion mechanisms.
6. A special quality supervision team shall be set up by designers and quality inspectors to supervise the implementation of the above steps to ensure product quality.

The XINSA pneumatic recovery sand-blasting chamber is mainly composed of a shot-blasting machine assembly, a shot-blasting chamber, a ball-shot circulation system (honeycomb-floor negative-pressure air-force recovery mode), a trolley conveying system, an electric control system and the like.
The shell of XINSA shot peening cleaning chamber is made of composite colored steel plate and section steel. It is a solid, sealed and spacious operating space for shot peening cleaning of workpieces. Shot peening cleaning chamber is composed of left and right side wall, rear side wall, roof plate, rubber guard plate, gate and so on. A total of 10 sets of led lamps (protected by toughened glass) are installed in the peening cleaning room.
The external air supplement inlet is arranged on the top of the environment-friendly pneumatic recovery sand blasting chamber, the purpose of which is to make the suction and dust removal system of the whole sand blasting room form a self-circulation state, so that the room body is always in a state of slight negative pressure when it works inside. Make sure the dust won't leak out.
The inlet is designed as a filter structure. During sand blasting operation, the external air entering from the air inlet is evenly distributed to the whole horizontal section of the sand blasting chamber, moving from top to bottom, so that the velocity of the horizontal cross section of the sand blasting chamber is uniform. At the same time, the sand can not be spattered through the air inlet to the outside of the sandblasting chamber.

Manual operation flow and mode:
(1) open the lighting, open the gate;
(2) exit from the sandblasting room, load the workpiece;
(3) enter the sandblasting room and close the gate;
(4) check the equipment and environmental conditions, can start the dust removal system and recovery system;
(5) sandblasting workers enter the room and wear sandblasting protective clothing and connect breathing filter;
(6) start sandblasting machine for manual sandblasting;
(7) blow clean or clean;
(8) open the gate; (9) the car exits the sandblasting room and unloads the work pieces.
User responsible for Project :
*The user is responsible for connecting the qualified power supply and gas source required by the equipment to the location required by the base map: power supply voltage: input voltage 380v/50hz three-phase five-wire AC approximately 48 kw compressed air source:
*1.0 inch or more intake line Working pressure: 0.5-0.8mpa single gun requires a gas source with a flow rate greater than 6m3/min. Compressed air dry clean, do not contain oil and water;
*The power supply part customers will connect the wire to the electrical control box gas supply pipe according to the drawing requirements.
*According to the drawing requirements, the customers will connect the gas pipe to the site requirements: flat, solid, in line with the design and use requirements.
*Abrasive (projectiles) used in sandblasting rooms shall be purchased separately by the user.
