Computer engineers can independently complete the development of PC monitoring software (C language programming) and configuration (including fix,seimens wincc and configuration King, etc.) software and the application of touch screen of various brands. E. Our company implements the system of team responsibility, each order after order, immediately set up a project team, consisting of the master designer, craftsman, a production team, this group is responsible for the final normal use of the equipment.

Our company carries out the quality inspection and approval system,every group product is manufactured, all must be checked and accepted by the company quality inspection department, the problem that the equipment appears in the installation site is linked directly with the quality inspector's salary, in order to form the strict control to the quality. Product quality assurance measures:1. All steel plates and profiles required by the products shall be purchased from famous manufacturers.
2. All steel plates, profiles or components of the equipment shall be derusted and sprayed with maintenance primer.
3. As far as possible, all the supporting standard parts are purchased from famous manufacturers, such as bearings, motors, reducers, etc.
4. Frequency converter, imported from Japan, other electrical components are domestic delixi or Qingdao XINSA products.
5. In-plant load test of key parts, shot blasting device, and in-plant idle operation test of various motion mechanisms.
6. A special quality supervision team shall be set up by designers and quality inspectors to supervise the implementation of the above steps to ensure product quality.
7. After the completion of equipment manufacturing, inform the user to carry out preliminary acceptance of all functional components, and the products shall not leave the factory until they pass the acceptance inspection.
Perfect after-sales service system :
1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send one technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for return tickets, hotel and diet. Customer need arrange skilled worker and prepare various installation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time:12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
3. Supply full english documents: including general installation drawings, pit design drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book, etc.
4. Exported experience : Many countries, such as The USA, Russia, UK, Ukraine, Australia, Malaysia, Egypt, Mexico, Brasil, etc.
