The external air supplement inlet is arranged on the top of the environment-friendly pneumatic recovery sand blasting chamber, the purpose of which is to make the suction and dust removal system of the whole sand blasting room form a self-circulation state, so that the room body is always in a state of slight negative pressure when it works inside. Make sure the dust won't leak out.
The inlet is designed as a filter structure. During sand blasting operation, the external air entering from the air inlet is evenly distributed to the whole horizontal section of the sand blasting chamber, moving from top to bottom, so that the velocity of the horizontal cross section of the sand blasting chamber is uniform. At the same time, the sand can not be spattered through the air inlet to the outside of the sandblasting chamber.

Appearance of abrasive blast room/sandblasting room:
The shell of XINSA sand peening cleaning chamber is made of composite colored steel plate and section steel. It is a solid, sealed and spacious operating space for shot peening cleaning of workpieces. Shot peening cleaning chamber is composed of left and right side wall, rear side wall, roof plate, rubber guard plate, gate and so on. A total of 10 sets of led lamps (protected by toughened glass) are installed in the peening cleaning room.
abrasive circulation system:The bottom of abrasive blast room is the area where abrasive is collected and the cleaning line is arranged, which is specially used to collect the abrasive scattered during sandblasting and the dust produced during sandblasting. In this scheme, the sealed inverted "v" shape is made of steel plate in the sand collecting area, which is beneficial to the recovery and collection of abrasive and dust.
The bottom of the sandblasting room is a honeycomb floor slab structure. The bottom of the honeycomb floor is evenly covered with honeycomb buckets, which are connected with the gas separation line under the bucket, and the wind speed of the gas separation line and the main gas pipeline is higher than the suspension speed of sand. During the sandblasting operation, all the sand ejected falls into the honeycomb bucket, then falls into the dividing pipe from the bucket, and finally returns to the sand and dust separator through the main gas pipeline. The new sand honeycomb recovery floor has a relatively fast and simple way of maintenance. First of all, the honeycomb floor has a simple structure, less wear and tear parts, and less parts to be maintained. And the cellular floor adopts modular combination mode, which can easily disassemble each part and enter the repair point. Then the honeycomb floor makes the easily worn curved pipe and other parts into "standard parts", that is, to make the standard replacement accessories, to connect with the flange interface, as long as the connecting bucket plate is opened, and the interface flange is loosened to take out the worn parts and replace them with new parts. There is no need to burn welding and cutting on the spot. It greatly facilitates daily maintenance.
The upper part of the honeycomb floor is laid with a layer of punching steel plate as the ground, the operator stands directly on the ground to work, and the punching steel plate ground adopts riveting structure. It is transported by flat car and carries a load of 5 tons. Because the weight of the workpiece is light, the flat car is manually pushed into the cleaning room to receive shot peening. Dust removal system mainly includes filter tube dust collector, auxiliary dust collector, fan, motor, pipe, chimney and so on.
When the main dust removal mechanism of the system is to recover sand through the negative pressure of honeycomb floor, most of the dust (mainly dust with large particles) is adsorbed from top to bottom and from the floor. For the main dust collector, the high pressure fan with low air volume is used, the power of the main fan is 18.5kw, and the wind pressure reaches 3736pa, which ensures the smooth transportation of projectiles and large particles in the honeycomb floor and transverse and vertical pipelines. The dust collector adopts automatic pulse back blowing ash, the ash relief valve is pneumatic control, and the dust collection bucket with wheel is arranged under the ash bucket, which avoids the secondary dust phenomenon caused by the back blowing. The filter tube of the dust collector can be easily removed for cleaning and reuse.
In order to improve the operating environment and ensure the health of the operators, the system sets up a backflow air supply mechanism and resends the filtered air to the sandblasting room to ensure the micro negative pressure in the room.
Electrical control system:
