Shot blasting machine assembly:
The shot blasting machine assembly is composed of the shell of the shot blasting machine, the motor, the lead-in pipe, the blade, the impeller, the directional sleeve, the ball-separating wheel, the sand-blocking disc, the guard plate and the like, wherein the wear-resisting parts such as the blade and the guard plate are all made of 20% high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, (the standard code of the American steel is 5115g51150), All wearing parts are the most common national standard of the market.
Shot blast cleaning chamber
The shell of the shot blasting cleaning chamber is formed by a steel plate and a section steel welding structure, and is a solid, sealed and spacious operating space for shot-blasting and cleaning the workpiece. The shot blasting cleaning chamber is composed of a chamber body shell, a left side wall, a rear side wall, a top plate, a protective plate and the like. 2 sets of q034 linear shot blasting machine assemblies are installed in the shot blasting and cleaning room, and the reasonable throwing belt layout guarantees the full shot blasting of the workpiece to be cleaned. The main ejection area in the chamber is protected with 65mn protection plate, and the protective plate is in a building block type. And the service life is prolonged, the use cost is reduced, and the maintenance frequency is reduced. The gate of the shot blasting chamber is a container-type switch, the sealing performance is good, the bottom of the gate is provided with a sand-receiving device, the lifting hook walking groove at the top of the chamber body is sealed by a 65mn sliding cover plate driven by a linear bearing, and the splash phenomenon of the shot is avoided.
Abrasive recycling system:
The abrasive circulation purification device used in this machine includes circulation system and abrasive separation and purification system, which is composed of spiral conveyor, bucket hoist, abrasive sand separator, shot gate valve, shot delivery pipe and so on.
Hook convey system:
The system completes the functions of hanging workpiece, lifting workpiece, workpiece walking in chamber, rotating and so on. There are 2 sets of electric hoist in this equipment. The hook is composed of electric hoist, rotating device, passive wheel and so on. The movement and lifting of the hook is driven by the electric hoist, and the rotation of the hook in the chamber is realized by the rotating device through the rubber driving wheel.
Dust removal system:
Dust removal system includes needle felt bag dust collector, fan, motor, pipe and so on. This system conforms to the GBJ4-73 industry "three wastes" discharge standard, the main fan power is 3kw, the mechanical shock blows the ash, the dust collector cloth bag can be conveniently removed for cleaning and reuse.

The device adopt manual button,the low-voltage electrical componets are the international famous brand,the electric control system's feature are as follows:
